It looks like according to the map the company has provided and the location BLM has, the few claims on the Nolan that were paid this year are where the camp, tailings pond and the mine portal are located. If they didn't pay them they would have to clean up all equipment and do the final reclamation immediately.
I'm sure you seen the pictures of the old buildings and stuff on the Ester and know about the ground water contamination, same thing there, pay the small claim fee or clean it all up to a natural uncontaminated state.
The claims that the company was leasing from Gil Dobbs never had any mining on them, so when Garry didn't pay in 2012 Gil just quit claimed them.
