A year ago mwip had as many as 45 dispensaries signed up. Then when credit cards quit doing business with mj dispensaries because of federal law mwip was almost forced to close their doors. You can thank chillo and cswiss for keeping doors open. They will easily start resigning dispensaries now. I honestly believe this was the news they were waiting on

This news doesn't really mean anything. All that will happen for now, or not happen, is that Holder is calling off the dogs. He's just attempting to woo away prosecutors from indicting and charging institutions for accepting MJ money. It's not going to initially allow them to accept monies at all. A positive baby step but that's it.
