PHOT does not make anything. They sell things like lights.

It's obvious at this point, with Sterling's blessing,
FITX and PHOT are either Merging or entering
some sort of Partnership.

I am going with Partnering!
It makes sense that PHOT will provide the Growing Equipment
for the Canada Grow Op.

Either way, FITX will be one of the first actual growers
of Marijuana on the Public Trading Market.
With gross proceeds to exceed $500 Million plus.
