If they prepared their financials, drafted the language for a 10-12g or S-1, including the notes to the financials and handed it off to their PCAOB firm to provide audit attest service, it should be done no latter than 5 weeks easy.

So where are they, and why are they delayed? Are there issues in reconciling the share issuances? That would be my guess.
