Diddy to my knowledge we were put in the allowable catagory by another recent filing on the 1/26/06 date and that to me means that the ball is in our court again.

...All we have to do is submit the appropriate monies and then whalla...we recieve our patent.

..we have 3 months from the Allowable filing...let's see if we wait until then... or if we let it out in Material Events before.

..either way I believe that was a landmark step for us.

..Do you think that the IV technology needs fda approval?...I do. have you looked at the relationship between the FDA...Licensing Agreements and Patent Approval?

Quite some feet to get it all together...
