The Biggest and Most important red flag was the Ocean Star Pacific (abandonment of ship and crew) in July/August 2012 and breach of the Korean Charter contract.

THIS MULTI MILLION DOLLAR LOSS HAS NEVER BEEN IDENTIFIED AND WRITTEN OFF ON THE FINANCIALS AND THAT EVENT HAPPENED OVER ONE YEAR AGO. THAT LOSS (KOREAN CHARTER AND OSP) LOSS IS ESTIMATED BETWEEN FIVE TO NINE MILLION DOLLARS!!!!!

These court cases (Sazant and Texas/Meredith) are all related to those two events. These and other related claims are working themselves through the courts. Probably why PVEC attorneys are resigning right and left.
