His filings are done. Once those are completed it takes Time for the process of uplisting to go through. It's in his hands at that point. I think it's 10 days. Doesn't happen all at once

I imagine the paperwork and everything will be done today. Just not sure if it will reflect today or tomorrow on the market.

I'm thinking OTC-QB, but that means the stock has to trade at $0.10 minimum consistently for a certain amount of time. If that is the case that means the "all time high" revenue projections can drive the PPS up and we will be banking hardcore and will be announced in the CC or a split will have to happen or they can announce a buy back of shares, reduce the share count to get the PPS to were it needs to be and we bank hardcore.

Also see the quote from the previous PR, they are going to submit the form 10 today from what it states.
