Did you look at the list of 8 or 9 companies provided at the end of his commentary? Compare their share prices on 7/24/2009, the date of his defense of his company, to their prices today (for those that still have share prices, anyway). Unless you think that's an inappropriate method of evaluation.
Were they scams? Not necessarily. But what does their price performance say about them? Would he brag about that same list today?
