I'm of the opinion in this increasing hyper-competitive world, one of the best ways to make money is to have the gov't in your pocket / on your side.

If the Chinese gov't is your partner in the "very large prawn" that should help clear of the financing issues.

wow I woke up this AM to this news, not even realizing what that meant until I read the line:

Sino Agro Food, Inc. is in late stage discussions concerning a very large prawn project to be built in Zhongshan.

That must be it! The visit that includes no one less than Zhongshan's General Party Secretary and his deputy, seals the deal that must have been discussed for about a year now. Look at the thick document that everybody is holding here that seems to just need some signatures at the bottom page to me!
