Examples have already been given to the few that used that scammy cash dividend tactic - EIG* and SRG* are the two I watched - and both got suspended.
When you watch pinkies for YEARS you KNOW the likelihood of a Cash Dividend being paid by a non-reporting pinky stock - it doesn't happen. Plenty like to say - like they like to say they are going to uplist - they never do!
If you can find one - that has filed a form 15 with no audit for years - do tell. the last example you gave was not even close to comparing it to NTEK. They were reporting and had never filed a form 15.
