Tom Newbury just returned my phone call. Nothing going on he's aware of. No pending news. EMAA doesn't meeting until Feb 20-23 so "it's not like there's a decision flying around." ALso said some of his biggest shareholders have called him and they are not the sellers.

I would have owned some too if I hadn't been buying something else that was being manipulated down. :-)

These downdrafts feed on themselves with the "evil" MM's given a golden opportunity to pick up shares.

Maybe there is another delay in the works but the stock should do fine over the longer run if all is well otherwise.

JMO.
