I didn't call...was able to verify myself a ballpark number on the float. No form 4's have been filed and I always pay heed to the float, rather than the OS, though it was nice to get an updated OS # that was recent. The A/S being reduced was also a nice ice cream sundae, but again the float is where it's at with these plays.

I would rather have a 300m float with a 1B OS than a 600m float with a 700m OS. It's all relative and relatively speaking, BYSD has an attractive share structure that can power a sustained run into multi pennies. If only a modicum of what's on tap here comes to fruition (bitcoin ATMS, branded cafes, reality show,vision robotics etc.,), those buying at these levels should reap handsome rewards. This is posland, so gotta curb one's enthusiasm somewhat...lol, but BYSD sure is looking like a NASA launch play. GL
