They need to raise money being a startup. I have no problems with dilution, its just the AMOUNT of dilution im concerned with. If suddenly (or six months from now) we sitting with a 3billion AS and no clear path showing what the resources and the results are.
Do they plan to dilute X number of shares, or is it a set dollar amount they need? Or do they just plan to sell shares as long as theres interest.....the latter is what scares me, BBD) or BM&N style. But thats fear, not a logical outcome.
The fact theyve had to do unbelievably crappy financing deals makes me worry that they will allow themselves to do it again and again, advancing their agenda but inefficiently at OUR expense. Thats the worst case scenario here IMO, not whether or not this will suceed.
