Please explain how you can still believe an up-list is possible

They do not meet any requirements.

Filing a 10K would be progress. Then all that's left is avoiding having the CEO and a former BOD member being charged with attempted bond fraud, and dragged off to the Fed Pen. Along with getting a pass from the SEC for multiple violations of regulations. If DeRoos could figure that out, then he would be back to the original King plan of trying to figure out how to meet any of the requirements they could not meet 1 yr ago.

For sure posting "isn't it Great" probably isn't comforting to those who lost on this scam.
