Francy...the fact that the Iraqis are doing the looting & the Americans are to blame is typical of blaming the world's problems on the Americans. Which is why, in the final analysis, the job of being the Policeman to the World falls on American shoulders. AND it's a good thing those shoulders are broad. I also read somewhere that the vault in the Iraqi Museum was breached which led to the rumor that some of the looting was an inside job from some senior Museum officials.
