I think you're right, they should stop giving forward statements on items that haven't occurred and stick to items that have

For example, check out the mid-November 2011 blog where I believe they state that the plan is to get the Netflix-type app out prior to December 22, 2011 on Apple IOS.

I'm all for just letting the company do its job- get the app out already. Forget about the blog, the opinions, the fear new investors will be too frightened to get in . . . just get the app out. That's all I'm saying.

Here's another one:

2/27/13- "Appflix: Nearly all main programming done and working in field, most of the content ready except top tier" If most of the content is ready, shouldn't we see at least a thousand titles when it comes out?

Wasn't the notice of allowance on the trademark issued 8/2013? That's what I read, yet they said most of the content was ready in a prior blog. Like I said, just get it out- I agree with you, stop the forwarding statements.
