This one is just so tempting. They have such a small amount of debt. The upset is huge with just a small contract much less if they get a large contract. It seems at these levels some savvy investor who knows the right people could buy in and get these guys a contract. Stranger things have happened. You have to think these guys have been working for over a year now they have to be getting close to landing something! Any thoughts?
