They announced it a couple of months back but it was cancelled due to a purchase of another company. Instead of a R/S they issued more shares to support the purchase and issue stocks to the company. Now that they issued a lot more shares there will be no choice but to split. There will be no buy back or cancellation because of the debt they are in. It would be nice but unlikely. I say keep your shares until you see a nice profit and sell it all! Its a penny stock thats what you do.
