I don't think that you will have to keep kicking yourself for too much longer. The difference between a Bull S... penny stock and SGLB is that there is a real story behind SGLB. A BS penny stock may never retest highs after a share price dump. SGLB is going to get frothy again one of these days and retest the highs.
