It's insignificant. Someone purchased those shares during the day, but had their broker register the sale outside of normal hours.

Sometimes on heavy volume days (when OTC companies dilute heavily they appear afterwards.

It will not effect the opening tomorrow.

To me its just another day of dilution on top of dilution.They trying to get blood out of a turnip however there are snakes out there and a few are deadly posion and when they bite you its over.
