Off topic:That is why it is important to have a good conversation with your broker and strike a good deal. I for one, is always charged a flat $9 for Penny stocks, irrespective of the share count. By the way, today i flipped around 350K @.0038 avg from .0027.(minor profit, but i'm fine with it). Cannot short it obviously. Will buyback those tomorrow if it goes low.
