The Company is about to receive $3,000,000 plus from the NJEDA program soon so it makes no sense that they would be selling shares here.
Once the street recognizes the great strides the company has made in the past year; I would think the buyer will come in and drive the stock higher.
It is always very frustrating waiting for things to fall in place but once it does; the stock will move accordingly.
