Correct and the IL-12 which in combination with a PD-1 is a must for patients who 60% do not respond to PD-1 alone so IL-12 is again the key ingredient for a full response.That's like saying you need to make pancakes and the PD-1 is the flour.You also need the the IL-12 the eggs in order for it to succeed. To it's full potential!
