I was under the impression Joe works for PSP. (publisher) (I called PSP to reach him 212-697-1460)
Joe told me NEP is a subsidiary of PSP.
It would make sense that he is listed at both companies since both companies sell ad space. Any more than that and I would be speculating.

Ok will do yet when I called NEP I got the company system's answering machine and it said Joe Wattem is not available and I left a quick professional message so does he work for both companies?Tdey
