Exactly, 100% irrelevant as it pertains to NTEK operations. It's not like the judge has the right to "shut down" NTEK, the case has zero to do with NTEK although some would like us to believe otherwise.

I'm on serious alert ready to add a ton if any funny business happens with the pps.

Were both smarter than that. We know how important DF is to Nanotech. If he is sent away the pps WILL suffer but i believe it will bounce back soon as np1 is out of manufacturing and Ingram has possession. I don't really care. Picked up another 40k today and have powder ready for any type of drop.
