I don't see PB's name anywhere in the top 15 energy drinks from last year. CIRC IMO can take or leave the PB name honestly how much has that name on the can really helped them??? As pointed out without it they could get a drink in Walgreens and I'm sure many other places. No one has been impressed by the PB name here for years. Just look at the pps since 2008. PB's name really didn't sky rocket the pps. Could that be what has been holding the drink back as well as CIRC pps??? Only a few thought oh cool PB most others seem unimpressed by the name PB on the can. Let PB keep the name as long as they pay for the damage that was done by them and others. Circ keeps the drink, the manufacturing and the distributor list. Come up with a new name print some more cans and start fresh. IMO

The Top 15 Energy Drink Brands

Red Bull continues to dominate as the energy drink leader, but Monster has experienced huge growth in the last few years.

The energy drink market continues to grow even in light of the tough economy and increased health scrutiny. Soda sales have been declining steadily over the same period, while energy drink sales have been booming.

Despite recent FDA scrutiny regarding the safety of these beverages, 2013 energy drink sales are up 6.7% over last year in the USA alone. src.

A huge part of energy drink popularity is in the sponsorship efforts, with top brands spending large sums of money to achieve brand placement. Xyience has definitely been lifting their marketing efforts and it’s paying off with their recent entrance into the top 15 energy drinks ranking.
