Here is my theory hopefully: When a pefrson falls in a store and scrapes their small toe. The lawyer will tell them get a cast on it and get a wheelchari we will sue for millions. etc....In this case Cerp has to show maximum pain they cannot release news otherwise their damages will be reduced as the other attorney will say show me the damages. Cerp lawyers will show them max damages. Good news will ruin that. I think Cerp wants to settle within two weeks prior to release of 4th quarter reprot when is that due 2/15? They will want to settle prior to that when they are forced to release teh revs for 4th q.
As long as they do not file brankruptcy it is all good. I hope.
