People contact transfer agents for share structure data regularly. Some have policies to provide the data and some have policies that don't allow for it. Issuer have been known to select transfer agents based on their policies regarding that issue. Obviously an issuer can select a transfer agent whose policy it is not to provide structure information and that issuer would then be able to issue shares out of public view except when required by periodic filings. VStock has such a policy.
Try contacting a company's auditor or attorney and see what you learn from them. It's a waste of time....

I'm pretty sure they returned to current status with Nevada on 11/22....two months ago. Still no new board of directors, right?
