I spoke with the office of the Nevada Secretary of State on Friday. RightSmile, Inc. is in current default status and there have been "no inquiries or proceedings to attempt to make the company current". All I need to know, selling tomorrow.

Only two employees and Angel is the majority shareholder, he is just dumping shares on investors' backs to carry over $200K in debt.
