Elite is staying under the radar for a reason. Now think about it this way. If you were trying to gain exposure to new investors, wouldn't you issue more "juicy" PR's and have a shiny website? Yes.
Elite wants to stay out of the spotlight for a reason. Why? They already have a big deal done IMO. No need to be all flashy when you already have a suitor lined up.
