However in the last two weeks I traded 2 stocks on the OTC-one was a pink that went QB and the other was a QB that went NASDAQ.

Had either of those stocks filed a Form 15 with the SEC to stop reporting and deregistered their shares and not have an audit for YEARS? If they didn't - then they are NOT the same.
