WRONG - I was specifically discussing stocks like NTEK paying Quarterly Cash Dividends - a STINKY PINKY with no audit and filed a Form 15 and went dark with the SEC and deregistered their shares. Doesn't happen.

I said:

You have received Quarterly CASH dividends on a non-reporting pinky stock??????? Please name it.

the example you gave was not a pinky and it does report to the SEC..
