What was the report. Fee for? I've never heard of it. These brokers are starving and looking for ways to steal from customers.

That fee is a standard fee that several (if not most) online brokers have for a transaction such as a reverse split or merger. Etrade has that fee too. It should be listed under fees/commission section of the website. Not all have them. I don't think Sharebuilder has that fee. They still suck though.
