zuniger, Ironridge assumed the Magna/ Hanover loans that were supposed to take care of the Horizon debt. Just like the two other stocks with the same Ironridge/ Magna arrangements; CERP and Ironridge will win the suit and Ironridge will destroy what is left of CERP if Horizon does not own everything CERP has before that.
