I don't think that he knows anything further, but I found an interesting journal article, which we should indeed have a deeper look on:

This article seems to give a small inside look about the new use of Galliumnitrate, specific in the cancer treatment area. We just should remember, that Genta already holds rights of Galliumnitrate (already FDA approved) in the treatment of cancer-associated illnesses. If that new area of treatment becomes more public, we could expect, that Genta can create a new billion-$-business. I am also aware, that the publication date of that article was in June 2012 !
