Time will tell, if it does not happen and it was all a lie, PPS WILL shoot to an all time low IMO, if it does happen then maybe back to ATM days, I'm in with ~ 1mm shares for free so I'll be sad if it goes to 0 but not out anything and if you're not playing any pinky that way you got BALL's or too much money to throw away.
