#58009 RE: Don Hanson #58008

I think RS for sure just a matter of time when and the ratio and the sp. If they can announce some large yearly contracts and some othe positive news like joint ventures/new financing, i think sp will go up, and thats the reason i am still holding and see how this plays out. Any positive outcome from the lawsuit, thats a big if and unknown, than we will see a huge spike in the price.

If they do rs with this sp, we are pretty much done, i think. And if FS not releasing any PR because he is closing everything and selling all the os to put $ in his pocket, than he is no better than toxic lenders, and have fooled lots of people.

For the toxic lenders and lawsuites, they have been in business for a long time and doing this to lots of other companies, so i am really curious to know what would be the outcome. I think if they are doing this to lots of other companies, than i think its a big if for CERP. Eitherway, i hope we will find out soon.

These are my opinions.

Gulp, Don....I cannot in good conscience suggest any buy / hold / sell recommendations for CERP, but I can certainly recommend buying into any stock that has no toxic convertible debenture financings whatsover. On the OTCBB and OTC those kinds of stocks are rare as chickens teeth, but I do know of a few.

For all CERP shareholders' sake I hope Scheer fixes this urgent problem ASAP, preferably before market open on tuesday.

I'll be rooting for everyone!
