So let me make sure I understand, you spoke with the founding partner Of IZON who has an agreement with TDEY and is the manager / partner with Michael Gibilisco who was partners with Clark Ortiz AND had a legal issue with him that was finally settelted mutually and Joseph DiFrancesco has NEVER heard of Clark Ortiz.....WOW
