It certainly seems that way. I'm flag I've been able to make good trades on it. Just wish it actually improved with real significance. I've seen many go BK at this point.

If this company is Shell, then we should all report them to the SEC!!!!!!, have them investigated for scamming the public on false information of a company……You now the saying show me the money!!, show the investment world that you are legit company with promising patents and bio-stents in the works…and the biggest factor is ,when are you going into phase3 human trails, anything else is just useless information…. look at the stock price below sub-penny for years now……even with your coming out with filing for patents infer… notting happens with share price to take it out of the sub-basement level…….
