sideeki -- the case against Alexander was and remains crap with or without any SYG law, of course; it's flatly ridiculous there's even gonna be another trial -- and now, apparently, anyone who claims to have felt 'threatened' will not only be shielded against charge if the 'threatening' one is hit, but will also be shielded against charge even after laying down a barrage of 'warning shots' that hit and main or kill other folk who just happened to get in the way
