I do not think that is too low at all, I jumped in this at the very end of a run last year at .084, then it dropped to .024. I was forced to average down.

I think MM's will bring it down as far as they need to collect cheap shares again, maybe until news is released again.

This still ran without any news so to me there was something going on either inside the company or just a group play. If it was a group play, they made a ton on it I am sure.
