If the case gets settled in feb mazza wont have to dump shares to raise money then there will be money to advance pipeline ,and pps should start to rise
I agree a sale would be faster and most likely the best for all.No doubt that (2) million sure would have went along ways that Pfizer is way past due to on.
Maza don't have no choice he has to pay the bills,legal fees to keep ongoing agreements in tact and we darn sure want to continue after that monster Pfizer.
I was once up against a monster by myself.Before part of the depositions were done I had 174k legal bill and that was well before the experts were deposed and hired for trial.
Two settlement conferences later and a total of 5 1/2 years from the date it all started to it was over.
I know the fight for life Intellect is in.What you want them to do say to Pfizer Inc.
All its ok for your to shaft us out of are 2 million dollars which by the way we have a license agreement and contract with you but its not worth the pain or its not what shareholders need or want.By the way if other milestones are acheived or royalty rights are triggered we leave it up to you fine people at Pfizer Inc to decide if you choose to pay us.
