Agreed. It is easier to work with something when you know what it is comprised of. First, you should always be able to find financing. If the numbers are so toxic that disclosure will scare everybody away, then its nondisclosure is the equivalent of misrepresentation/fraud through non-disclosure. In that case, we are all losing our money anyway. Second, if the numbers are disclosed, it will be easier to get financing that is not at extremely high interest levels. Additionally, the disclosures would put shareholder fears about massive fraud to rest (maybe), and will cause more optimism. Right now, the pps reflects rampant fear and pessimism over the future of QBID stocks.
Maintaining silence can only doom QBID to a life of .0001 or .0002 (which you can't sell at anyway).
