this is th misconception ..PB owns th TM, its just licensed out by contract ..don't have to win back anything ...in the end CIRC use of TM depends on PB ...shareholders have a LONGggggg way to see benefit, if any, from settlement or award .... the Rainbow just not going to fall in shareholder backyards ...CIRC has dug a hole for itself and only looks to dig ITSELF out ...REALITY
