I don't recall the last time had a warm fuzzy experience using Yahoo! mail.

So far my take is that Mayer is certainly due credit for spawning a paradigm at the logistics level but is falling short of seeing this through to the end user

In other words, I do not feel compensated at a level befitting the benefits the company is deriving from 'human capital' investment as a generator of web traffic and "germinate-or" for add revenues.
