Truth is this is a penny stock company in a sector that is just beginning.
I did not sell and probably won't until my investment reaches levels I'm looking for. We're all different and I can respect the panic or angst most have.
I'm not sure if you're keen on the history of this company, but last time there was this much downside, they shot out the canx deal and bam - new highs.
No one can tell you specifically what they will need this for, many have hypothesized that it's to avoid a takeover and make some mergers/acquisitions themselves.
These hypothesis are about as good as those expecting us to drop lower. Time will tell.
