That is a very good post except for this part -

No one is blaming Van for those items you listed. He can sure be criticized for other things, however that is a separate matter.

Every investor, including van, has the right to scrutinize management and come to conclusions. What separates van from us is that he is obligated to convey his thoughts to his subscribers. That is what we pay him for.

van has been a long time supporter of DSNY. He has not told subscribers to sell out or even lighten up.

GL to you and I hope DSNY shareholders make Big bucks.
