I've to say my brokerage firm still as of this morning doesn't show the news from yesterday.
It kind of hard to understand.I even send them a email yesterday but no updated news or reply.
I think this news was know but they held it until after the hearing.Alot more going on then most think so thats why the delay.
One thing for sure they keep screwing around they going to make life time (enemies) which is not needed so close to deals being completed if maybe they aint already in the procees of putting ink on paper.
The way I see it you got (4) groups.
One is small the outside investors like (us).You got Maza and his friends which may hold trump cards over all or at least appears to.You got Blech/Chassman and friends and then you got Chain and his friends.
