Sandy Winick is awaiting trial. If convicted--and he will be--he'll be in prison for the rest of his life. Pearlasia is dodging the SEC, because she owes them a lot of money. Korem has been released from prison; he's lying low. Same for Pino.

Don't forget: Greg Rubin knew Korem very well. And I'm sure he knew Winick, and possibly the other two.
