So

we have a new draft definition of wind down

reduce market share to 30%
eliminate any unique relationship with the Government


and sell it (whatever that means)


so FNMA in this proposal - which will be one of dozens - becomes a new company - not to hold more then 30% share of the MBS market and guarantee market - as the guarantee market will be private plus GNMA as I read it - on the 95% not private
